Our factory has two plants for casting and machining.

The casting plant has molding lines, core shooters, shell core machines, gravity casting machines, heat treatment machinery, surface polishing machines and other advanced equipment to content the mass process of various aluminum alloy cylinder heads and aluminum products.

There are 5 flexible production lines in the machining plant with 7 horizontal machine centers, 73 vertical machining centers and 19 sets of specialized machining centers and 84 general machining centers, etc. most of which are imported from America, Germany and Taiwan.

We also has world-class testing equipment, including American original coordinate measuring instruments, spectrometers, Japanese detectors and pneumatic measuring instruments, etc.

Our company has the annual production capacity of 200,000 units of various models of cylinder heads and 60000 diesel engine cylinder blocks.
